RNA viroids play a key role in cell regulation and human disease. An actinide depended RNA viroid biosphere has been described in metabolic syndrome x, neuronal degeneration, malignancy, psychiatric disorders, autoimmune diseases and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. The RNA viroids arise from endosymbiotic actinidic archaea. The intracellular endosymbionts archaea and their intron derived viroids constitute the third element regulating the human body. A hypothesis regarding the role of endosymbiotic actinidic archaea and viroids in neuro-immuno-genomic-metabolic-endocrine regulation is put forward. The RNA viroids arising from endosymbiotic archaea contribute to the origin of new RNA viruses and retroviruses. The role of RNA viroids in human health and disease is crucial.
