Abstract
In this letter, the static spherically symmetric spacetime which has been derived in [16] are investigated through a kinematical consideration. Two distinct viewpoints are concerned with; the gravitational implications, like the gravitational frequency shift, and the kinematical characteristics such as shear, rotation and expansion.
