One of the methods is changing by implementing the techniques and principles of 5S. “5S” is a technique that has a very important role in creation an organized, tidy and clean environment by emphasis on simple and basic concepts. Therefore this research is carried out to identify and ranking the critical success factors affecting on 5S implementation in Shahid Rajaee Power Plant (SRPP). In previous researches, different factors have been recognized as critical factors in 5s implementation. In this survey 12 factors have been recognized and ranked as follows: 1-Situational analysis, 2-Perseverance, knowledge, acceptability and authority of leader, 3-Belief, commitment and support of top management, 4-Training, 5-Team working spirit, 6-Job Satisfaction, 7-Real commitment of employees, 8-Organizational culture, 9-Schedule of implementation, 10-Implementation costs, 11-Suitable methods of reward, 12-Conscientious work ethic.
