In order to adapt to the needs of modern society for the development of compound talents, and to expand the scientific literacy and ability of medical students in universities, the author takes the 2018 First Clinical College of Xinxiang Medical University as the reform pilot, and uses the micro-course as the medium to carry out the medical physics flipped classroom teaching reform based on the large class. Combining with the specific practice of clinical medicine in the school, this paper puts forward the teaching mode of “the theory class flips the classroom and the experimental class half flips the classroom” with the teaching concept of “medical engineering financing”, which can give full play to the advantages of science and engineering in medical universities and lay a good foundation for cultivating the composite talents needed in the new era. In order to investigate and study the effectiveness of flipped classroom teaching reform practice, a questionnaire survey on 251 students of the 2018 First Clinical College of Xinxiang Medical University was conducted in the process of teaching reform. The implementation effect of the micro-class-based flipped classroom teaching mode in medical physics was analyzed and corresponding opinions were put forward.
