Electronic Table System for Intelligent Conference Based on Cloud Platform

The traditional conference format can no longer meet the requirements of the modern conference system. The functions of the traditional conference system are relatively independent and scattered. In order to realize some conference functions, it is necessary to buy equipment with corresponding functions, such as an electronic table board system for displaying names of people, a sign-in system for recording conference personnel, a call system for conference participants, a voting system used in the conference process, messy conference room equipment, complicated wiring and huge investment. The intelligent conference electronic table system based on cloud platform consists of three parts: intelligent conference client, intelligent conference main control terminal and intelligent conference organization and management terminal. The integration with the third party system is enhanced through short messages, mail, cloud voice, cloud translation and other interfaces. The mobile language conversion technology is used to convert voice to text data, XMPP is used to push data with the cloud server, and association analysis technology is used in the cloud server to analyze discussions and speeches as well as previous data. The analysis results are pushed and displayed on the participants' electronic table board in a visual way. The electronic table board system can realize seamless connection between voice and text, and participants record zero distance. Also, it can realize the analysis of data topics and historical data at the meeting, develop the internal laws of the meeting topics, automatically generate meeting minutes, and provide constructive suggestions for the participants. The electronic table board system can realize active push and visual display of data and improve user experience.
