Abstract
This study aims to identify the extent of applying total quality management in the Applied Science University according to academic staff view. To achieve the aims of this study , the researcher develops a tool ( Questionnaire ).A random sample has been distributed , which included 110 members of the faculties staff , 87 were returned valid for analysis. The inputs were analyzed through package statistical analysis SPSS (16). The study concluded that the university should apply the requirements of total quality management in education and there was no statistical difference due to the experience of academic staff in applying total quality. The Study recommended maintaining the application of total quality which is of great importance in the development of the university, and maintaining an excellent level of university in the light of increased competition between different private universities in Jordan.
