Study on Practice of Medical Operation and Medical Teaching in Cooperation Between Colleges and Hospitals

With the reform of talent cultivation mode of clinical medicine deepening, the combination of medical operation in hospitals and medical teaching in colleges becomes an important approach to cultivate talents of clinical medicine. This study aimed to introduce the cooperation mode, which adapted to the needs of society. By experience summary and descriptive study, the study analyzed the situation of this cooperation. For different interests, medical colleges or universities owning medical professional and hospitals sought common development, common interests and sustainable development cooperate with each other. The result showed that the cooperation, based on science and education, took the advantages of clinical medical students’ clinical skills training, and expanded scientific research cooperation between colleges and hospitals with strong academic support, and fully realized the resource sharing, complementary and mutual help, mutual benefit and common development.
