Abstract
We would like to represent the PCDM [the Professional Consciousness Development Model] for students of higher education. We discovered three components and the same number of levels in our model. To all of these components we gave proper definitions and substantiations. The model’s novelty is in the approach, which allows a student of professional education to become an active energetic center capable of generating the professionally oriented strategies of cognitive, emotional and spiritual growth. It becomes possible due to the meetings, encounters and interactions with other human consciousnesses. A specific value of comprehension and implementation of the author’s ideas lies in the fact that they are truly capable of saturating the system of professional education with all professional opportunities.
