Abstract
It is shown that the EPR paradox [1] is a result of wrong definitions of values of physical quantities. With correct definitions the paradox disappears. With the correct definitions particles can have simultaneously precisely definite position and momentum, and uncertainty relations do not matter. The EPR paradox in Bohm-Aharonov interpretation is considered and is shown to be misleading. The proposed in [2] entangled spinor state, is shown to open a possibility for superluminal communications.
