Abstract
Malnutrition is in great triumph on the tremendous public health panic in the world, especially in the developing countries. There are multidimensional bamboozle bid taken to shirk malnutrition in different countries by means of various campaigns, discussions, talk shows to focalize malnutrition intensity in the world. There are different styled researches to find out the overall malnutrition bulk in different topographic sites of the globe. The aim of the current study is to see the light of riding anchor in view of taking intervention to reduce malnutrition condition seeking a nutritional tool. This study can reveal the open secret in choosing the tool in name of nutrition counseling in the branch of nutritional epidemiology and health science. Nutrition counseling is not the only way but can be a unique way to preserve healthy state of the patient in health care centers combating massive threat to public health and nutrition.
