The Role of Organizational Intelligence in Moderator's Performance of Olympics National Committee and Academy of I. R. Iran

Abstract
The aim of this research was study on the role of organizational intelligence in performance of academy's personnel and Olympics national committee. The present way of research is survey and cohesion. The academy's personnel and Olympics national committee are form the population of this research, that they are 87 persons. The sample was selected count all and according to return questionnaires, 79 questionnaire was analyzed. The research instrument has contained standard questionnaire of organizational intelligence by Albrecht (2003) and scholar questionnaire made by personnel performance. The validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by the masters of sport management and for determination of questionnaire reliability used Cronbach Alpha formula and obtained reliability was calculated for organizational intelligence 0.91 and performance questionnaire 0.94. For data analysis used Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between organizational intelligence and personnel performance (p≤0.01, r=0.747). The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that among the parameters of organizational intelligence, the "application of knowledge" parameter, shows the most part in explain the performance of managers (p≤0.01, R2=0.455) and with other three parameters of organizational intelligence (performance pressure, spirit, desire to change) they can predict 58.3% of changes of common variance change of personnel performance (p≤0.01, R2=0.583), thus those organizations that give attention to this parameters inside of organization, have better strategy for attract powerful and expert human resources.
